Ludwigslust-Parchim district, Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania

Originally, we tried to pursue the OZG according to our own approach, but this quickly turned out to be underestimated. Both in terms of costs and quality, our own approach was far removed from our expectations. We therefore looked for alternatives and became aware of the social platform. After an initial demonstration of the forms and the platform, as well as publicizing the "EfA - One for All" concept, we decided to implement the connection.
- Mr. Voelz (Project Manager in the Social Services Department)

City of Kassel, Hesse

As a pilot municipality in Hesse, the city of Kassel is one of the first social welfare providers in Germany to make online applications for benefits to secure livelihoods in accordance with the Twelfth Book of the German Social Code (SGB XII) available via the social platform. Both the employees and the citizens of Kassel greatly appreciate the new online services. The support provided for the technical connection was valuable and contributed significantly to the smooth usability of the services. We look forward to continuing our competent support and advice and would like to take this opportunity to express our thanks for the work done so far.
- Mr. Hahn (Kassel Social Welfare Office)

City of Leipzig, Saxony

The social platform represents a possible way for the City of Leipzig to implement the Online Access Act as a municipal social authority. We feel well informed about the available application routes, the development status of the platform and the technical and specialist work required for subsequent use. The rollout team supports us with technical and specialist queries. The rollout team also provides communicative support during discussions with our umbrella organization and the state authority regarding the framework conditions for the municipal reuse of an EfA service. We would like to express our sincere thanks for their support and hope they continue to provide us with such great assistance.
- Mrs. Pflüger (OZG - responsible person)
