Here you will find support services on the subject of housing. Many social benefits already include the assumption of rental costs. But even if you have not yet applied for any other social benefits, you can still receive help with housing. If you have a low income, you can receive financial help with rental costs (Housing benefit). Housing benefit recipients also have the option of applying for education and participation benefits for their children. The Social housing eligibility certificatewill help you to get affordable housing. In emergency situations, it may be possible to take over rent arrears in order to avert the threat of losing your home.

Housing benefit

The burden of housing costs is high for many low-income households. This is where Housing Benefit Plus can help: Housing benefit is a state subsidy towards housing costs - both for rented accommodation and owner-occupied homes. Housing benefit plus supports households with low incomes above the basic income support level and thus ensures adequate and family-friendly housing. Assumption of rent arrears
