Therefore, please submit paper applications and direct any technical questions to the agency responsible for your case, not to the Ministry of Labor, Health, and Social Affairs of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia.
Use of the Social Platform does not affect other legally prescribed means of accessing the competent authority.
