Legal basis: subsequent use models

The municipal representative model

This is available as an after-use model and already enables municipal after-use.

The model is based on an inter-public cooperation agreement (iöV), which envisages the federal government, federal states and injuP (so-called municipal representatives in the function of an intermediary) as cooperation partners.

Each cooperation partner is required to provide an OZG-related online service that is ready for operation. For the individual online services, all parties interested in reuse/co-use in turn conclude an individual cooperation agreement including a GCU with the providing cooperation partner.

Municipal re-use is realized by means of a general framework agreement with individual call-off for the respective service and including AVV in the relationship between municipal representatives and municipalities.

Each federal state has its own municipal representative; here you will find a list of the relevant contact persons.

The FIT Store

Subsequent use via the FIT-Store works with little effort thanks to the centralized and standardized processing of contracts, thus conserving the resources of the hiring and reusing federal states.

Re-use via the FIT-Store of the FITKO (Federal IT Cooperation) is currently being piloted.

Further information on this can be found on the FIT-Storewebsite .

Costs

The pricing for states using the social platform is determined by the package selected by the federal state and the associated quantity of EfA services and advisory services used.

The handling of costs for municipalities and advice centers is regulated by the respective federal states themselves. Please contact the coordinating office in your federal state.
