Participation in the Job Market
If you, as an employer, would like to hire individuals who have been receiving long-term benefits, you can apply to the Job Center for wage subsidies under the Equal Opportunity Act. Individuals who have been unable to find a job for many years and are receiving basic income support are considered eligible.

Fill out the online application. You can conveniently fill out the online form from home. Supporting documents can simply be photographed and uploaded.
Submit your application online. Before doing so, please check to make sure you have provided all the necessary information and supporting documents correctly.
Please allow time for processing. If there are any follow-up questions or new information regarding your application, the responsible office will contact you.

If you log in with your service account, you can save your application and continue it at a later time. Please note, however, that the information you have entered will only be saved for 24 hours. After 24 hours have elapsed, you will need to start the application over from the beginning.
In a nutshell
As an employer, you can offer people who have received basic income support for many years the chance to make a fresh start in the workforce through employment subject to social security contributions. By providing suitable positions within your company, you can actively support your new employees as they get up to speed.
