Various symbols (letter abbreviations) in the Severely Disabled Pass indicate which specific disabilities and health restrictions the person has. Many compensations for disadvantages and benefits are linked to these markings.
There are the following markers:
- Marker G: significant impairment of mobility in road traffic and significant walking and/or standing disability
- Marker aG: exceptional walking disability
- mark H: helpless
- mark Bl: blind or severely visually impaired
- mark RF: radio fee exemption reduction
- mark B: constant accompaniment required when using public transport
- Mark Gl: deaf or hearing impaired bordering on deafness with severe speech impairment
- Mark TBl: deaf-blind
Note: If the requirements for free local public transport are met (mark G, Gl, H, aG or Bl), the ID card is also printed on one side with an orange imprint and is thus valid as a ticket in conjunction with the token.
