Costs
The Counselling Center Finder and the self-service function for counselling centers remain permanently free for all counselling centers.
The pricing for online appointment booking and online advice depends on the package selected by the reusing federal state and the associated number of reused EfA services and advice services.
The respective federal states themselves determine how to deal with the costs for local authorities and advice centers. Please contact the coordinating office of your federal state.
Legal basis for advice centers
Any recognized counselling centre within the Federal Republic of Germany that places free counselling services in the counselling centre finder may connect to the self-service.
If the respective federal state has also agreed to the subsequent use of the social platform, the advice center can make use of the online appointment booking and/or online advice functionalities.
It is then mandatory for the advice center to sign the contract data processing agreement.
